Sub: Under the Right to Information Act 2005, sec 6(1) . I request you to furnish
Some information abo Selection of SCIC & IC’s to the TN Information Commission during 2005-12.- regarding.

INFORMATION SOUGHT.
1. Provide certified copy of all records relating to the selection of SCIC’s & IC’s of TNIC between 2005-12.

2. I request you to communicate a date to have an inspection of the despatch register, stamp register, for files, records, etc., to the selection of SCIC’s & IC’s of TNIC between 2005-12 as per RTI Act 2005. It is also requested to make available for inspection all the files and details commencing from the publication proposing the appointment, application from individuals, short listing process, reasons relied upon to select, communication to the opposition leader, detailed minutes of the selection committee, dissemination of information u/s 4 of the Act, details about the eligibility and suitability of the individuals selected and considered for selection u/s 15 of the Act and all other related and relevant details

3. kindly arrange inspection and to take attested photo copy the action taken for my application submitted application for post information commissioner (through email and courier) 28/7/2010.

4. I may also be permitted to take/supplied with copies from the files or records based on the above inspection.
